Commissions

I accept a limited number of private commissions each year, creating individually conceived pieces for collectors and clients seeking something truly distinctive.

A commission is an opportunity to enter into a creative dialogue, developing an idea from its earliest stages into a singular work of wearable sculpture. Each piece is designed and hand-crafted personally in my London studio, allowing for a considered and highly individual approach to form, material and detail.

The process begins with a private consultation, either by telephone or at my Stratford studio, where we can discuss your ideas, inspirations and the nature of the piece you wish to create. Because each work is created from the ground up, commissions require time for design, experimentation and making. I recommend allowing at least one month, and considerably more for complex or particularly ambitious pieces. The timeframe and cost will depend upon the nature and intricacy of the design, the materials selected, and my studio schedule at the time of commission.

Every commission is approached as an individual work rather than a variation of an existing design. The details of the process, materials, timeframe and investment will be discussed personally during our initial consultation.
