1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
Defective or Damaged Products on Delivery: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 21 days of receiving the item for a replacement or refund. Please note that we will always need photographic proof of any damages. Refund is only issued on unworn items, and the item must be in the condition that it came in, unworn without any signs of wear.
2. Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your order within 21 days from the shipping confirmation date, please notify us for further assistance.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer support at hello@elsatierney.com within 21 days of the issue arising. Provide your order number and a clear description of the problem. Please note, that we will always need photographic proof of any damages.
4. Wear and Tear
All Elsa Tierney products are hand carved and cast in the UK and finished by the artist’s hands in her London studio to the highest standard, made with love and passion for her art.
